Once purchased and delivered, the client may continue to use the hardware for other compatible purposes or services. Standout Marketing is not responsible for the client's use of the hardware outside of the Standout Display Service.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds solely because a client subsequently decides that they no longer require the hardware or no longer wishes to use Standout Display, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where Standout Marketing originally designed menu artwork for the client, the client may contact us to request access to or a copy of their menu design files, where those files are still available and subject to any applicable design or licensing arrangements.
Cancellation of the Standout Display service does not require the client to return any Android stick or other hardware that they have purchased from Standout Marketing. Purchased hardware remains the property of the client.
